Today’s Topic Is About Using Drawing to Help to Find Who You Are

To be honest, I’m not really that into drawing. But I’m still fascinated by this speaker’s passion and innovation in drawing. She thought she was an outsider while she was in London, Tokyo or New York. She was in a foster family in London and all other kids and her parents are white people. She was not satisfied about her development in London and later on began her exploration in Tokyo and New York. And back there, she found her own styles about using fluent and sleek lines to express her inner world. She’s experience proves that through drawing or some other form of arts, one can really show one’s inner world and contact to the outside world. It does not involve very complicated drawing techniques. Just draw what you like, what you are thinking in your mind and just do it. And it’s especially useful when you feel alone and want to find a way to show your ideas or to lower your pressure. Art is a form of communication and I think that’s the most important thing about it.
